ABOUT

SOGERI NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL is Located at the Sogeri plateaus of Sogeri, in the Central Province of Papua New Guinea. It is a school rich in historical background dated back to World War II.

Sogeri National High school is the first school to be declared the National School of Excellence in the year 2014. With it's vast history, it bears the pride of producing some of PNG's finest Leaders such as Sir Michael T. Somare, Mr. Paulias Matane, Mr. Jim Kas and many more.



This BLOG and WEBSITE is for the 46th GENERATION of SOGERI NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL of the years 2014 to 2015.

This will share all our stories from the PAST, PRESENT & FUTURE.

OF all the years come and go, 2014 to 2015 was one of the best ERA for Sogeri NHS.
This was because;

-We witnessed the official opening of the school's new world class infrastructures.
-We brought to the School the IBS Central School Debate Competition Trophy.
-We were the best well behaved school of all NCD school during our career expo.
-We were the pioneer to reside in Dorm 8 (Boys)
-W witnessed the coming and going of three Principals in a row.

Only to name a few, that's what made our era one of the most memorable one in the history books of Sogeri.

We've left but down the corridors of life, we will always be family.

"Came as strangers, left as brothers, sisters, lovers and most of all, FAMILY"

We are and we'll always be the UNITED DIVERSITY of SOGERI NATIONALHIGH SCHOOL.
